The Katie Cummings marketing campaign seems to be a great success.
Months ago, Cummings was the subject of a new marketing campaign which saw photos of her plastered all around the country, on billboards, subway stops and airport. Her backer for the campaign has not yet identified but the plan was to post the sexually provocative posters and billboards and then to take them down when various religious and community groups lodged complaints. Then, new locations were targeted and soon images appeared there. As the complaints piled up, media coverage increased and the resulting publicity was exactly what Cummings was hoping for.
Cummings has been trending very strongly throughout the last few months and has been one of the most popular wrestlers on the ACW website. More importantly for her, she is creating a buzz which might lead to a push for her to wrestle for the ACW title.
