It was the most hyped match in the history of Apartment Championship Wrestling. It was the battle for the title of most beautiful woman in ACW and both ladies were determined to walk away with that honor. The match had been discussed throughout the New York area as Dominique appeared on local radio and television stations for interviews. Confident that she would take the title belt from 00Heaven, she began touting herself as the real star of the promotion. Heaven angrily vowed to close Dominique’s mouth and send her packing – back to France.
Heaven was having none of it, however, and she quickly turned the tables, stepping around LeMonde and grabbing her in a painful ankle-hold. Angered because Dominique had inadvertently yanked her bikini top loose, Heaven decided to teach a lesson to her younger opponent and began yanking at her bikini.
Taunting LeMonde, Heaven wrenched her arm and pushed a knee in her back. LeMonde, momentarily stunned and confused, began looking for an escape route. Trying to pull her arm out of Heaven’s painful hold, she used her hand to grab Heaven’s thigh and clamped down as hard as she could. While her tactic was successful, she did not get the exact results that she had hoped for, as Heaven simply grew angrier. Determined to force some humility down the young girl’s throat, Heaven went on the offensive.
Forcing Dominique down with a foot to the back, she snatched off her LeMonde’s top and then went after her bikini bottoms. Taunting LeMonde, Heaven began applying her signature maneuver, the Smackdown, slapping Dominique across her exposed buttocks. As the girls struggled in vain, Heaven began asking “what happened to all of your pre-match talk? Trash-talking with a reporter is easy, isn’t it? Why don’t you trash-talk me now?”
Not content with this level of humiliation, the champion decided to extend the lesson and released Dominique from the hold. She casually moved around the challenger and asked whether she was ready to quit.
As the champion confident moved past her, Dominique employed a modified windmill rollover and gained an advantage over Heaven. In desperation she reached and a grabbed Heaven’s left ankle. Hoping to prevent the champion from reaching back to grab her, Dominique grabbed Heaven’s left breast, squeezing it as hard as she could. For a moment this worked as Heaven thrashed wildly, struggling to escape.
Gaining a second wind, Dominique moved from one dominant position to another. She tore Heaven’s bikini top off, and when the champion reached for it, Dominique went after her exposed neck like a hungry wolf, applying a combination sleeper and choke hold. Leaning back, she shifted her weight onto Heaven’s lower back. In doing so she forced the champions head back, thus prevent her from reaching back and grabbing the challenger. As her confidence returned, LeMonde boldly taunted the champion, demanding that she give up. Feeling the victory just within her reach, Dominique threatened “give it up or I will snap your neck!” – This was a fatal mistake!
During the post-match interview, Heaven acknowledged that LeMonde was skillful. “Yes she was good, but she was too inexperienced and certainly not prepared for what I brought to the table.” She went further, challenging any other competitors to step forward, singling out Malaysia and Dixie Monroe, both of whom were standing by, watching the match. LeMonde was inconsolable after the match, moaning “I’m finished, I’m through!”
